I'm not sure if I can say that "I feel you" exactly since I'm not informed about your private situation, but I've been passing through difficulties recently as well and I understand your reasoning behind your decision of taking a break from the site.

From personal experience I can confirm that 'worrying about not logging in' and other 'Fear of missing out'-topics will will only make you feel more miserable.
If you need a break from NG, try to enjoy it. Spend time with friends (if regionally available), take time "doing nothing", or explore new pastimes. (Watch more anime. ;3 )
Before my return in 2023, I had taken time off of NG for several _years_. Spending time on other things helped me prioritize what I spend my time on NG on today. When/If you return, you will probably notice how you do things differently. (I got rid of some NG-related obsessions that way and I started enjoying the site in new ways. But I also despise it in new ways. No matter where I look in the world, there always seem to be 'problems for me to fix'.)
