My breakfast may include: bread with salami, bread with olive oil, bread with raw tomatoes taken from my vegetable gardens, bread with raw tomatoes and olive oil, chocolate with very moderate milk quantities since I don't like milk very much or just small chocolate candies, very rarely croissant (if I go out).
